1. The Oraquen experience
These terms apply to your use of Oraquen's collaborative mystery platform. By using Oraquen, you agree to follow these terms and applicable law. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. Missions such as The First Signal are fictional entertainment, not real-world investigations.
2. Your investigator account
Provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in details, and use only accounts you are authorized to access. You are responsible for activity under your account. Do not impersonate another investigator or share credentials to bypass mission requirements.
3. Fair investigations
Do not automate answer attempts, exploit platform weaknesses, manipulate XP or leaderboards, bypass locked clues, or access another team's private evidence. Do not harass people, publish personal data without permission, post unlawful material, or use the platform for spam. Investigations must remain safe and within the fictional experience.
4. Evidence and contributions
You retain rights you hold in your original contributions. By posting evidence or theories, you allow Oraquen to store and display them to the audience you selected and to operate and moderate the community. Only share material you have the right to use. Community theories are user contributions, not statements endorsed by Oraquen.
5. XP, ranks, badges, and ORQ
XP records verified mission progress and is awarded once per eligible stage completion. XP, levels, ranks, and badges are not money, deposits, or an investment. XP-to-ORQ conversion is not active. No conversion rate, eligibility rules, launch date, token value, or financial return is promised. Any future conversion will require separately published rules.
6. Brand and mission materials
Oraquen's name, O/Q logo, original mission materials, and platform design remain the property of their respective rights holders. You may use mission materials to participate in the experience, but these terms do not grant ownership of the brand or permission to impersonate official Oraquen channels.
7. Moderation and availability
Oraquen may restrict or suspend accounts that violate these terms or threaten other investigators or platform security. Missions and features may change or become unavailable. We aim to protect progress and operate reliably, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every community contribution is accurate.
8. Responsibility and legal rights
Use the platform responsibly and do not rely on fictional missions or community theories for real-world safety, legal, or financial decisions. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
9. Changes and questions
Updates will be published on this page with a revised date. For questions about these terms, use the official Oraquen Telegram channel linked in the footer to ask for an appropriate private contact method. Do not post account credentials or personal documents in the public group.
